Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During app operation, we need to collect your device's unique identifiers (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services. Kaxing Mainland Logistics Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Kaxing Driver" or "We") respects and protects the privacy rights of all users of Kaxing Driver's services. When you use our services, we may collect and use your related information.     When you register with Kaxing Driver, we will collect the nickname, avatar, and mobile number that you proactively fill in. This information is collected to help you complete your registration and protect the security of your Kaxing Driver account. Mobile numbers are sensitive information, and we collect this information to comply with network real-name registration requirements under relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to use all of our services normally. You can also choose to fill in your name, gender, and location information based on your needs.
    When you use Kaxing Driver, to ensure your normal use of our services, we will collect log information such as your device model, operating system, unique device identifier, login IP address, software version number, network access method and type, and operation logs. This information is basic information for network security management and is used for tracing in case of network security issues.
    When you participate in Kaxing Driver's marketing activities, we will collect your proactively filled-in name, mailing address, and contact information. This information is necessary for you to receive gifts. If you refuse to provide this information, we will not be able to send you gifts, but it will not affect your normal use of other Kaxing Driver functions.
    During your use of Kaxing Driver, you may upload your personal avatar on the personal information page; when you need to take or choose to upload photos, we will collect the photo information that you proactively upload through the camera/album permissions, which requires you to authorize us to access your camera/album permissions. If you refuse authorization, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other Kaxing Driver functions.
    During your use of Kaxing Driver, solely to facilitate updating this App, there may be actions to obtain the software installation list. If you refuse authorization, you will only be unable to update this App, but it will not affect your normal use of other Kaxing Driver functions.
    During your use of Kaxing Driver, in order to realize the function of APP message push, there will be actions to obtain device information, such as the MAC address, list of installed apps, and network. If you refuse authorization, you will only be unable to receive push messages from the server or other users, but it will not affect your normal use of other Kaxing Driver functions.
    During your use of Kaxing Driver, in order to realize the function of APP message push, there will be actions to obtain device information, such as the ICCID. 2. In order to improve product bugs, optimize product stability and functionality, monitor advertisement placements, and enhance product functional services, we need to use third-party SDKs or third-party API technologies when providing some functions and/or services. These third-party SDKs or APIs may collect or use some of your personal information/device permissions. If there are changes in the number of third-party SDKs or APIs, or in the personal information/device permissions they collect or use, we will obtain your authorization through pop-ups or other forms.

Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly being updated and developed. If a function or service that is not mentioned in the aforementioned description collects your information, we will separately inform you of the content, scope, and purpose of information collection through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, or other means to obtain your consent.
Please note that we will not proactively obtain your personal information from third parties. You understand and agree that, under normal circumstances, you can click 【My】 on the bottom right corner of the client application to enter the personal center, and then click on your username to access 【Personal Information】—where you can browse, modify, and delete the information you have submitted at any time. However, for security and identity verification purposes, you may not be able to independently modify certain initial registration information submitted during registration; if you indeed need to modify such information, please contact us via email at zhaobaowei@ccttec.com, and the company will promptly review the issue involved and promptly respond after a dedicated personnel verifies your user identity.
You can delete information, disable device functions, and within the "Kaxing Driver" client application, go to 【Personal Center】-【Personal Information】 to change the scope of your authorization for the company to continue collecting personal information in features and services such as "Third-Party Account Binding" or withdraw your authorization. Please understand that specific business features and services require your information to function. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, the company will no longer be able to provide you with the features and services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and will no longer process your related personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the company's previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.
You can apply to deactivate your account in our products by going to 【Personal Center】-【Personal Information】-【Deactivate Account】. Before deactivating your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, etc. You acknowledge and understand that deactivating your account is an irreversible action. Once you deactivate your account, we will stop providing you with related services and, in accordance with your request, delete all information related to your account or anonymize the relevant information, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
In certain business functions of the "Kaxing Driver" software and related services, the company may make decisions solely based on non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will provide appropriate remedies.
In principle, we will not charge any fees for your aforementioned reasonable requests. However, for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost based on the actual situation. We may reject requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (such as involving information stored on backup tapes).
